- You acknowledge that these lessons may be delivered online via platforms such as Zoom or in-home (as per the package selected) and involve live interaction with an instructor.
2. Supervision and Responsibility
- You agree to supervise your child’s participation in the lessons and ensure that they adhere to the rules of conduct outlined by HN Music Lessons.
- You understand that while our instructors will maintain a professional and supportive teaching environment, it is your responsibility to ensure your child’s appropriate behavior during lessons.
3. Payment and Fees
- As the consenting parent or guardian, you agree to be responsible for the timely payment of all fees associated with the courses. This includes the selected package for online or in-home classes.
- Payment is required prior to the start of the course, and you acknowledge that failure to pay may result in your child’s access to the course being denied.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- You understand and agree to our refund policy, which may allow for refunds or cancellations under certain conditions. Please refer to our full refund policy on the website for more details.
- If your child discontinues the course for any reason, the refund or cancellation policy will apply as per the terms outlined at the time of enrollment.
5. Online Safety and Privacy
- HN Music Lessons takes the privacy and safety of your child seriously. We use secure online platforms for lessons and will not share your child’s personal information with third parties without consent.
- You consent to the recording of online lessons for training and quality assurance purposes. Recordings will be kept confidential and used only by HN Music Lessons for internal purposes.
- You understand that internet safety is important, and you agree to monitor your child’s use of technology during online lessons.
6. Communications
- As the consenting parent or guardian, you will be the primary point of contact for all communications regarding your child’s course enrollment, progress, and any issues that may arise.
- HN Music Lessons will send important notifications, updates, and invoices to the email address provided at the time of enrollment. You agree to respond promptly to any communication if needed.
7. Code of Conduct
- You agree that your child will follow the rules and code of conduct as outlined by HN Music Lessons. This includes respectful communication with instructors and other students, punctuality, and adherence to lesson schedules.
- HN Music Lessons reserves the right to suspend or terminate a student’s enrollment if inappropriate behavior occurs, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.
8. Liability Waiver
- You acknowledge and agree that HN Music Lessons, its instructors, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your child’s participation in the courses.
- By consenting to your child’s enrollment, you release HN Music Lessons from any liability associated with the lessons.
9. Consent Withdrawal
- You may withdraw your consent at any time by notifying HN Music Lessons in writing. However, withdrawing consent will result in the immediate discontinuation of your child’s participation in the course, and any refunds will be subject to our refund policy.
10. Agreement
- By providing your consent, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions. You agree to be bound by them and to ensure that your child complies with the rules and guidelines set forth by HN Music Lessons.
